Chrysanthe F. Filippardos

Faculty

​Chrysanthe Filippardos holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University of the Aegean in Greece and an MA in Linguistics from the CUNY Graduate Center. Her MA thesis focused on the grammatical gender of English-origin nouns in U.S. Greek. She has taught Modern Greek as a heritage and foreign language to adults at the New School and at ABC Languages. She has also taught at the Elementary and Secondary levels at parochial schools in New York and in public schools in Greece. She currently teaches Modern Greek, Greek Mythology and Greek History at the Hellenic Classical Charter School.
