Professor Katia Savrami has collaborated with  students from Department of Classics and Theater Barnard on Antigone 1st Stasimon  and Bacchae 3rd Stasimon and co-created the two fragments of choruses. The work approaches dance interdisciplinary and connects theory with practice and invites the audience for discussion on issues of embodiment, translation training, gender and cross-cultural issues.

Dr. Katia (Aikaterini) Savrami, is an Associate Professor in Dance - Choreologist, University of Patras, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Theatre Studies.
